By using the Dwello app or website (the "Service") or submitting photos for a report, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Dwello is an automated awareness tool. You photograph a property room by room, and Dwello generates a plain-English report that flags things that may be worth looking into further.
Please understand clearly:
The Service is intended to help you decide what to investigate and what questions to ask a professional — not to tell you whether to buy, rent, or what a property is worth.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is currently provided free of charge as a pilot. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the Service or any feature at any time during the pilot.
You agree that:
A Dwello report is a prompt to investigate, not a verdict. You must not make a decision to purchase, rent, or pay a particular price for a property based on a Dwello report. Before purchasing or signing a lease, always engage a qualified, licensed building and pest inspector. You are responsible for your own property decisions.
You keep ownership of the photos and notes you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to use Your Content for the purpose of providing the Service to you — that is, to generate and deliver your report, and to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
We do not use Your Content to train artificial-intelligence models. If that ever changes, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent first.
To generate your report, Your Content and the details you provide are processed by our hosting and AI service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, the Dwello name and branding, the report format, and the "Jack" guidance are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may keep and share your own reports.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the Australian Consumer Law, you may have guarantees that apply to the Service, and nothing here limits those.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8:
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or stop providing the Service to you if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time, and can ask us to delete your information (see the Privacy Policy).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
